Designed this coaster, because I wanted something tidy looking and dual color, without filament changes

Nice easy design! Have you toyed with top layer infills for the bottom half?

Another thing you can do to boost game count is participate in jams! They’re IMO the best way to quickly learn parts of the process, but make sure you’ve got a bit of use in your engine of choice first or it can be a lil overwhelming

If you want to see more of the nitty gritty, there are tons of devlog series on YouTube where you can watch people put together a game from scratch. GMTK’s series is pretty good, though keep in mind that he started with an audience so he had some advantages along the way!

Sacred Forest is another fun series I’ve been following, and ThinMatrix’s channel is popular and has already made a few games. Miziziziz also has a few series but I recommend his 4 devs 1 art kit jam series because it shows how a lot of small games can be made quickly

Sounds reasonable for a game’s source code to me, I don’t see anyone claiming it’s “open source”

This is actually advertised as having no emulation, all FPGA. Idk if those are compatible but they also say the n64 was the first multiplayer console in the header so they’re clearly a little sketchy on the details lol

My first reply said it was streaming high-res data from the cloud. Considering it’s a flight simulator advertising to cover the entire world, most people would intuit that would include textures and 3d models.

I’m not going to sit here and argue with you, have a nice day.

We shouldn’t have to say that at this point, my initial reply already conveyed that information.

I understand the gripe with it though, they have the option to download areas ahead of time.

(Though it’s probably a one-time download, with models and textures cached for later use)

Don’t get me wrong, the first was a good movie! It was also what I expected going in: a slow character piece about some guy turning into a crazy Batman villain.

I didn’t know the sequel was a musical, what an odd decision!
