Because being an edgy racist is fun and the government has given them an under the table approval; similar to how excitedly they were calling Russians orcs for a while there. They want permissible racism.

It's gotten so hard to laugh at this joke; saying libs are ghoulish is an understatement. The election hasn't occurred yet and the genocide is at final solution levels with Kamala's full cackling support, with libs openly laughing when protesters tell them what's happening.

What did the killing of Yahya Sinwar signal, to cause the occupation's extermination to go into overdrive? Were they that scared of him?

  • I've just seen a tweet about an IOF soldier harassing a person (family?) and telling them that this is his land, and before I could see more it just removed it right in front of me, and this isn't the first time an anti-Israel tweet has been removed from my home page right in front of me. I know it also removes tweets I may not be interested in (no idea how it gauges that to be honest), but considering I check on anti-Israel content all the time, this absolutely would not fall under that; additionally people I'm actually FOLLOWING have their tweets disappear from my home page; why are people I'm FOLLOWING having their content be hidden from me?!

bigger focus has been on how these men are avoiding their duties as citizens to protect their country, lives and freedom

How would they be protecting their lives by going into a war zone? And if their freedom was important they wouldn't be getting pressed into service; as for protecting their country, no one cared that they were shirking that responsibility when they allowed Azov militia members to kill ethnic Russians (who identified as Ukrainian until they were being ethnically cleansed) without defending that part of their country. Why weren't Ukrainians defending that part of the country?

Thanks, I re-read that sentence multiple times and kept getting the feeling I really need to rephrase it even if I didn't intend it the way it was written. I should've rephrased it the moment I re-read it.

The way Israel has behaved in the last year, they've cemented that they can never become like South Africa; even if a ceasefire is declared and apartheid ended, how do you tell people who've just survived a horrific genocide to just go on and live with the people who were just cheering for them and their children to be turned into unrecognizable gore?

Even if white South Africans had felt the same way about black South Africans that Israelis do about Palestinians, they hadn't yet crossed the threshold into literal holocaust; the plausible deniability that the white South Africans would never have done so makes it easy for bygones to be bygones; Israel has crossed that threshold and the illusion that they never would have conducted a genocide no longer exists.

A one state solution even on October 6th, despite the atrocities of the preceding decades, would have been easy to do and would have been welcomed by the Palestinian people, now that's literally impossible, and Israel will never accept a true two state solution that would allow a Palestinian state to legally have its own army and be able to arm themselves into becoming a formidable force.

Saying all this, it makes me realize how awesome the DPRK is because I do truly believe that if America genuinely approached North Korea with the intent of peaceful coexistence and to put the past behind, I do believe the DPRK would embrace it (of course this requires evidence that it's not being done in bad faith; they would be dealing with the US government); the DPRK, Venezuela, Cuba and even Iran to be honest.

They did, they're calling it BRICS but this time they're starting from the opposite end in regards to membership. I have more hope for this one.

(I'm being a smart aleck; I know BRICS isn't akin to the UN)

  • History repeats itself Also looking up Southern Lebanese cities that Israel would have retreated from, I encountered this page about a 'detention' center (torture facility; content warning: descriptions of torture because Western secular liberal democracy): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khiam_detention_center Gonna check the Hebrew version of this page and see what Israelis are saying was actually happening there. EDIT: Translating the Hebrew to English, we get: > In southern Lebanon, there was a barracks of the French army which was built in the thirties. After that, the building was used by the Lebanese army, until it came under the control of the South Lebanese army. In 1985 it was converted to serve as a detention center, a prison and an interrogation facility until the withdrawal of the IDF from South Lebanon in May 2000 and the dissolution of the South Lebanon Army. After the withdrawal, Hezbollah turned the prison into a museum[1]. Prisoners who stayed in the prison reported harsh interrogations and the use of torture. Among other things, it was reported Confinement cells with a height of 0.7 meters and a floor area of 0.5 square meters, about confinement in perpetual darkness, and about whippings. > Al-Khyam prison also had a women's wing for female prisoners. The most famous prisoner in the prison was Suha Beshara who tried to assassinate the commander of the SDF, Antoine Lahad. > The prison building was destroyed by Israeli Air Force strikes during the Second Lebanon War. > The State of Israel denied direct involvement in the management of the prison and claimed that the facility was transferred to the authority of the South Lebanese Army in 1988. Before the prison was transferred to the responsibility of the South Lebanese Army, the IDF confirmed (in 1986) that an American citizen captured by the forces of the South Lebanese Army was transferred to Al-Khyam Prison and was interrogated in the camp by two SDF members and an Israeli investigator in order to ensure that the interrogated received proper treatment[2]. However, in the affidavit[3] given by Dan Halutz on behalf of the Ministry of Defense, he admitted to some involvement of Israel, including the payment of salaries to prison guards and staff and the training of investigators. > In 2022, following a petition by human rights activists to the High Court, the Shin Bet allowed the publication of documents including documentation of torture such as electrocution, starvation and denial of medical treatment. Additional documents that the Shin Bet allowed to be published in 2024 show that a member of the Shin Bet supervised the SDF investigators and guided them HMMMMMMMM.........HMMMMMMMMMMM..........Very interesting wording and speculation here! Also the omitted quote from the English article!

I've been removing from my list of youtubers/streamers/etc anyone who backs genocide (basically a good way of filtering out liberals and reactionaries (same picture meme)), and looking up Eckhartsladder I found a protected tweet that google (and the replies to the tweet) seems majorly to indicate he's against the genocide, and has been so since as early as the 10th of October 2023. Neoliberals championing war to bring women's rights to the global South nowhere to be found of course. Then again their understanding of women's rights probably also states that if all the women and children in Gaza die, then Israel's breaches of women's rights disappears. We accused Gaddafi of killing 10,000 people (it was a lie) and went to war with Libya to put a stop to it; Israel has killed at least 40,000 people (but realistically much, much, much more) and instead we send them weapons when they run out of said weapons to massacre Gazans with.

Obviously I'm not including burnout as the fun in that is trashing opponent cars while you're racing; for myself I enjoyed some of the earlier entries in need for speed (never played the later ones) cause I could crash into other cars and knock them off cliffs and beat them around to give myself an advantage; I just don't know what draws people to say for example Gran Turismo vs.....I don't know, I don't know any other racing games. Other than the 'crashing into other cars' factor, I don't know what the draw to one racing game vs another is.

So many people back home who've been smeared thoroughly as being poor because of their own weakness or vices who absolutely could be like this awesome guy if only they had the opportunity. So many people robbed of the opportunity to excel and contribute to humanity's advance held back because less than 0.1% of the population have to have all the wealth and to keep people down. Every poverty stricken addict, every homeless person, every hopeless poverty stricken drunk, every angry starving person, every victim of natural disasters; these people are all victims of injustice by a self destructive system that cons the people mere steps above these victims into waiting just a little longer, just another presidential term, just another four more years, just a little wee bit longer, telling them it'll all be okay soon, and if it just gives the appearance of leveling off, then this is the new reality and people are crazy for thinking it could be better; a system that gaslights people into accepting life as a disposable battery for the ultra wealthy. We smear third world countries and yet there are so many third world countries that offer infinitely more for their people than ours does; we watch as so many more of our people, considered expendable, get expended. How many people back home could've been phd holders? How many people back home could've become our greatest scientists? The addict who can barely stand up, addicted because life is miserable and he has no hope for a future, could've been one of our country's brightest. Where is our Mao?

I'm not surprised by Israel's disgusting behavior, instead I'm sickened further and further by Western media's framing of this and how they talk of Iran's response; at this point I think it's 100% fair to say that beyond most Western countries (thank you Ireland and Spain for being normal) every nation on earth (even the ones celebrating this genocide) recognize entirely that this is a genocide. What do you even call it when the news tells you something anyone and everyone can tell is a blatant lie? Iran has attacked military targets solely, landing critical attacks, and meanwhile for the last year and even in response to the response, Israel has attacked civilian targets. Does the news think we're all stupid? ARE we all stupid? Are there actually that many people falling for this? I admit I have to keep reminding myself that much of Western countries willingly pulling the wool over their own eyes is intentional because the victims here are Arabs. I sincerely hope, I genuinely hope, I hope with all my heart I hope, that Western news gets dragged forevermore EVERY time they give their hateful interviews and talks with foreign leaders and representatives; I've seen some of the awesome African leaders who've been interviewed by American and British media, and I've been blown away by how amazing they are, but the media always tries to dirty their image by making them seem like dictators who crush the media or do this or that, etc. I hope Western media can NEVER again give an interview without being absolutely dragged for their complicity in this genocide, for running defense for this genocide. And you know what else is crazy? Apparently Israelis are celebrating the attack by Iran because they believe that because no Israeli civilian died that the attack was a failure; these people are actually judging military successes literally by civilian body count; how can any nation on earth ever reason with those psychos?

I've noticed something about some of the people the IDF kills indirectly: 1. (pre-October 7th) There was a kid a while back on whom an IDF jeep flipped and crushed; the kid was still alive but the IDF refused to allow the ambulance to save his life. 2. (pre-October 7th) There was a girl they shot and let bleed to death, again, refusing to allow the paramedics to save her life. 3. There was a disabled child who was attacked by their dog that tore the kid's hand (chest?) badly; they left the disabled kid in a room and took his mother and brother away, only allowing them to come back about a week or ten days later. The disabled kid wasn't able to care for himself and died in that room. 4. They forced the staff at a hospital to leave, and there were babies in incubators they couldn't do anything about. The staff were only allowed to return two weeks later, I'm not saying anything else about this because it's horrific. 5. The case of Hind (I think that was her name); they fired on her car with a tank, and then left her there to die, shooting the ambulance that showed up and killing the paramedics inside. On this one I don't know if they knew a child was in the car, but I absolutely don't put it past them. 6. (pre-October 7th) Just lots of cases of them not allowing paramedics to care for the people they've just shot, but none I remember as specifically as the first two points.

The descriptions of the excuses and actions of the occupation in 1982, the blatant disregard for human life and Lebanon sticking to a ceasefire agreement and Israel breaking it. I don't believe for a moment that people outside Western countries are falling for any of what's happening in Israel, only folks back home and in other Western countries believe any of it is true; the Japanese are also deciding to side with Palestine on this (surprisingly) and I'm not entirely convinced the Taiwanese or South Koreans are falling for it; Are the people of SK and Taiwan siding with Israel and the US on the matter? Probably, but I think even they know what this is.

He's not saying anything special, he's saying literally what's on every sane person's mind, and yet after wading through Western articles about the terror attack it feels like I'm surrounded by people who've tied themselves into a pretzel to explain what we can all see with our own two eyes as terrorism, and this is the one guy who looks utterly normal. I couldn't even finish the video because nothing he says is special, it's all the stuff we can see with our own two eyes and what we can (with no difficulty whatsoever) logically tell 'this is terrorism', and yet despite that it stand out resoundingly powerful because this is one of the few places I'm seeing people calling a spade a spade, rather than utilizing every trick in a propagandist's book to not only sidestep calling the act terrorism, but to turn it around and praise it as some kind of brilliant, precise, tactical maneuver. It's refreshing and I hate how refreshing it is; it shouldn't feel so special to be getting something normal.

While I've been considering buying a brand new PC and mobile phone (for absolutely no reason whatsoever; totally a coinkidink that I considered it at this point in time), I decided to also look up what China's own operating system was (because obviously they would have their own operating system; why would they make absolutely everything else and NOT make their own operating system?) and I was like 'ooooh, that looks cool! This Kylin OS!' only to watch a video expounding on it and revealing it's a Linux based operating system. Hexbear Linux users are to China what Israel is to America CMV I just want a normal operating system where I double click an app to activate or install it, and it has full functionality no ifs and or buts with my OS, and I can rightclick and get all the necessary functionalities of rightclicking. sudo install better OS Stupid dressed up DOS like operating system; yeah cause I really want to type up lines of instructions to do what windows can do with a double click; cause I want to spend two hours googling how to install non-Linux compatible software on Linux, and then spend two hours finding out why the solution didn't work making me feel like Indiana Jones excavating cursed ruins for a treasure you could've gotten at Walmart.
