Spent a little time on the weekend trying out this dish. Turned out pretty great.
Dropped a pork butt in the smoker this morning. Once it hit The Shelf I wrapped it up and let it get to 210 before pulling it out and letting it rest for 30 min before shredding and shoving it into my face. Did 2 racks of ribs yesterday for the first time, still need to work on that. 3-2-1 didn't quite work out. Didn't get pics of those though.
Hope this looks good enough for y’all. Once my fiancé wakes up I’ll get her to send me some pictures of other meals I made over the past few years that I was always too scared to post on Reddit.
