Did they have a fountain or pond in the courtyard? We have an above ground pool and are one of the few neighbors with fireflies in our yard. We also have a lot of native flowers though so maybe that helps

The top of the dirt looks dry but they have better soil underneath that retains moisture better (I even check an inch down occasionally and it is still wet). Our dirt does not drain very well and acts almost like a barrier underneath so the roots stay wet for several days.
I've been having trouble with several of my plants the last couple of years. I've planted almost 4 blueberry bushes, grapevine and some winterberries that do well for several months then seem to start growing very slow and doing poorly. Our soil is more of a silty soil that doesn't drain well so I did fill the holes in with good potting soil with compost and covered with a thin layer of the silty soil and try to water about once a week. The last year I had 3 blueberry bushes that I planted early spring that put out some new growth and then started to grow very slow and later died In early fall and didn't come back the next year. I've tried to fertilize and add gardening Sulphur to them to help acidity the soil but no matter what I do everything slowly starts to die. I've noticed this year the leaves on the grapevines and blueberries appears to have chlorosis and the winterberries' leaves are turning brown and curling up. It's still ~90 degrees out so I doubt anything should be going dormant yet (I live in zone 5b). I even tried to buy special blueberry fertilizer to make sure I wasn't missing anything important but I'm still having issues. Here is the blueberry bush: ![](https://lemm.ee/api/v3/image_proxy?url=https%3A%2F%2Flemmy.world%2Fpictrs%2Fimage%2F7e396b56-3313-469c-a309-096e27f8aaa9.jpeg) The raspberries: ![](https://lemm.ee/api/v3/image_proxy?url=https%3A%2F%2Flemmy.world%2Fpictrs%2Fimage%2Fdbdf0848-bdfc-40dd-b014-6b139f18e1d8.jpeg) And one of the winterberry bushes: ![](https://lemm.ee/api/v3/image_proxy?url=https%3A%2F%2Flemmy.world%2Fpictrs%2Fimage%2F259a5d46-5a23-4892-98b7-e248605341a4.jpeg) Does this look like iron defiency or potentially some other sort of issue? At this point I'm considering getting my soil tested but if anyone has any advice let me know.

Are the ads injected in real-time or at the start of the video?
I assume it uses extra processing power to add them randomly for each user individually so if it was the latter would rapidly refreshing the page over and over again force them to completely rerun the process over again and slow their servers down? I guess I'm not entirely sure how this would work.

I use this all the time, it is fantastic.
After being switched to a new manufacturer for my generic adderall XR this last month I have been feeling spaced out, unable to concentrate and fatigued. I also noticed other people having problems online the last few weeks. And for anyone that wants to say "it's all in your head, generics are the same" this manufacturer had a citation from the FDA this December failing on multiple points of "quality control": [FDA Data Dashboard](https://datadashboard.fda.gov/ora/firmprofile.htm?FEIi=3011585184&/identity/3011585184) The citation's details states the following (summarized because the text boxes are images and not actual text...): > The responsibilities/procedures are not in writing and fully followed > Separate/defined areas to prevent contamination are deficient regarding holding of rejected components, drug product containers and closures before disposition > Buildings used in manufacture and holding of drug products are not well maintained > Equipment used in manufacture, processing, packing or holding of drug products is not appropriate design to facilitate operations for intended use > Equipment and utensils are not cleaned and maintained at appropriate intervals to prevent contamination that would alter the safety, identity, strength quality or purity of drug product Despite there being no guarantee drug is the proper dosage or even that the drug is pure and uncontaminated the FDA had taken no action or even warned them formally. I literally do not understand how this drug is being sold right now.
We've had this golden pothos for a couple of years at the back of our room which doesn't get much light and some of the vines reverted to the non-variegated form Since then I've learned that variegated pothos needs higher light but I also wanted to keep the vines without chopping them up into node cuttings. Would it be possible to cut the long vines from the parent and root/repot them whole? I've tried air layering without stripping the outer layer but no roots formed after several months. I really want to move the variegated portion to a much brighter area as it has had very little growth here but keep the vines in their current location.

I think (most) millenials and gen z are in pretty good agreement with what policies we want for the future, though. So I'm not that worried.

What country? "Many countries" have little to no workers' (or human) rights, that doesnt make them a good metric for deciding what's ok.

I was tossing so much produce before that I ended up choosing a dedicated container that I toss any veggies that are starting to expire or I know I will be too lazy to use and keep it in our freezer.
Once it fills up I make a big batch of vegetable stock and reduce what I won't use that day to a thick paste with a lot of salt and the vegetable waste goes into the compost. Makes me feel way better about it and is pretty ADHD friendly (toss and forget then process it all at once).

You need a car to get to work. How are you supposed to not buy oil? The point is the fossil fuel industry gave us no real alternative, you don't have to eat at a restaurant to survive but you need a job to.

Oh good, so there's a chance you might die from it too.

I'm confused, how exactly would wooly mammoths help preserve permafrost?

Awesome, so the taxpayers pay off the settlement and the sheriff's department faces no repercussions.

And the fact that when you want to see where something is located on a map in a game it is impossible to find it ANYWHERE. You have to go to those scummy sites that make you read paragraphs with ads sandwiched in between and a following video ad taking up half the page to finally tell you in the final sentence. When they can literally just show you a point on the map.
Now that Tears of the Kingdom has added amazing new mechanics like building contraptions and fusing items/weapons would you be disappointed if they didn't include them in future games?
I'm about to rescape our shrimp tank (sorry if it's hard to see, ripped up a bunch of crypts and made quite a mess) and for months there's been a mostly self-contained area covered in what looks like really fluffy brown algae. I let it grow for awhile because it grew very slowly and the shrimp loved to pick around in it, any ideas if it's just a type of algae? It started to spread to another rock recently but otherwise has not spread out of control. I kind of want to keep a patch of It in the new setup if possible, anyone able to ID it?
Finished adding fish to our 75 gallon planted tank (turned down the lighting for a better photo). I'll post new photos once things start growing in.
