Wear ear protection, even if the cars are quiet enough these days that you don't think you need it. Sometimes the trackside commentary is available on a local FM radio station, and they'll sell overpriced radio headsets, so bring your own if you're interested in that.

This has happened in the past where the broadcast would focus on the "Formula 1.5" battle behind the dominant Red Bull or Mercedes, but it's a nice place to be.

Sure, but the developer is an indie that has been developing this as a passion project for years and showing it off in various states of progress. If the iconic logo is the only thing the current publisher can add to this then it's still worth it.

Hey thanks for describing this hypothetical situation, I pay Steam for a lot of game licenses so I've lost touch with the current philosophy of hypothetical alternatives.

Maybe Ricciardo should hit up RBR's open positions page? He'd probably make a good cybersecurity analyst.

Was there any penalty given for the unsafe releases into Verstappen?
Edit: McLaren were given a fine: https://www.fia.com/sites/default/files/decision-document/2024 Italian Grand Prix - Infringement - Car 81 - Unsafe release.pdf

Also even if he had no intention of making an offer to Verstappen, why would he pass up an opportunity to stir the pot of rumors?

Yeah without context on the numbers (like the time window) it makes the visualization instantly suspicious.

Having watched Clarkson's Farm I think he honestly went into the farming business to test and resolve his opinions on the climate. He still loves cars but uses the car persona to look at farming practices.

I'm considering moving to Debian Stable plus Flathub for graphical desktop packages like Firefox, it works well on the Steam Deck. SteamOS also provides Distrobox which helps in some cases.

He's also saying it's worth more to him as cash than access to Mercedes for himself (I mean he's trolling either way but I'd agree with that)
Given overtaking is impossible for similarly matched cars and drivers can avoid pitting simply by driving slowly, what kind of event would you have for Sunday? Best I can think of is an elimination style event: cars are released from the pits in reverse grid order with a 3s gap between each, and if you can stay within 1s of the car in front for a whole lap, that car is eliminated unless they're also within 1s of the car in front of them at the end of the lap (I guess the last checkpoint would need to be just before the pit entry). Worst I can think of is a series of duels, where Kevin Magnussen is given an SUV and a 3s gap, and drivers need to successfully overtake in an F1 car within 1 lap.
