For videos, I upload it to Image Chest and use image tags to embed the direct mp4 link. Never fails, although I'm bothered by the video being blown up to fit the width of the comment space.

As for gifs, I use *.apng to get it to show up since IMGur tend to be inconsistent, particularly when the file is large or has too many frames.

Generally, you can't just park anywhere. You can get away with stopping to the side temporarily (e.g. picking up someone), but if the MMDA is around, they would clamp your car.
