Aha, thanks! That's very useful feedback - you start in easy mode. I've now adjusted it so when you "Play Again" in easy mode it reveals the existence of the other difficulty modes.

At the higher levels the outcomes can become more extreme since the whole game is to flip as many as possible as late as possible.
