How to change Apple TV Zoom or Overscan?

Is there anyway to change the Zoom and Overscan settings directly on the Apple TV? When I go into Settings > Video and Audio > Zoom and Overscan, the full screen text is cropped off and not fully visible. I can't find any setting to change it on my LG TV. Is there any option to change this setting directly on the Apple TV?
