I think? Not having seen the show though I'd first ask if she tried naked magic with him before he made up his mind.

Weird. Old post source. Must have suggested an auto fill from an old clipboard. Fixed. Thanks for letting me know

Hmmm. That doesn't make sense I feel like I'm missing some key context. Perhaps they meant it doesn't help their case? I'll have to read the filing. I know that iMessage has been an issue simply because Apple has refused to comply with other (text) standards that their competitors have implemented. That could be stifling innovation in the market due to their share of it but perhaps that is in the filing elsewhere. I suppose a lot of this evidence would be actually presented when the case comes to trial though, right? How indicative of the case is the filing at this juncture? If it is as poor as you posit, would it even be evident at this point?

Yep that's 100% a bogus/bad claim. Do you think that these bad claims will invalidate their case though? I've seen several mentions that seem to have grounds. Restrictions on app store, digital wallets and hardware all seem problematic from a surface level read. Thoughts?

I'm willing to hear you out, sure. On what grounds is this a bad case?

It's highly similar. You need to try it

I mean the Activision case was a bad case though. Microsoft bought their way into... Third place, it's not enough to need anti trust. Furthermore, Starfield and Indy were already going to be exclusives, those are Bethesda and that acquisition was already long since completed. Plus, it's not like that's the invention of exclusives. Sony isn't exactly pumping over their games to Xbox here.

Dang. Autocorrect got me. Fixed

Haha. The WebP preview does do that but until Lemmy fixes it'll have to do. Full quality is attached in case you missed it

It kills the animation last I checked (a week ago). WebP animations work, even though they are restrictivr in quality. So for videos I convert a WebP preview and attach the source video.

Hentai you mean? My standard is based off body fluid's or sexually explicit content. Being nude is fully acceptable as ecchi

In theory college processors are as much researchers as teachers, many moreso. That said if students want to waste the money they're paying by distracting themselves from the learning, the grades will likely reflect that. If I was teaching at college level, I would take solace in that

A sauce with variants and links to the artists Pixiv/Twitter are always in the body of my posts

Yep. Unsure of what's going on.
When logged out I can replicate that problem though. Other days are fine though. Weird. Let me poke around

It's from webP conversion so the animation works in thumbnail. There's an MP4 and source in the post text

Weird, this artist did another piece where she had a disturbingly massive belly button too. Maybe Hews has a weird kink?

No idea what you're talking about. I grab from the popular/hot categories on Danbooru.

Hmmm. I'll have to test it in another device to see if it's me or something else ...

Another user had mentioned they were blocked from seeing them by a cloudflare verification which seems to be a DDOS/bot protection service. Voyager is what I'm using to upload them and it seems to make it difficult to see for certain users from what I can surmise. Can you try opening the base post URL in browser and see if it's cloudflare blocking you? I can see ALL the posts but I submitted them
Hello, I've been trying to log into my main account on Lemmy.world (same username) and eventually through enough Googles discovered the account has been banned for CSAM. I've just been posting popular content from Reddit and Danbooru to the Lemmy.nsfw federation. I wasn't aware what CSAM even meant before today or that those sites allowed that. I'm just trying to add (supposedly popular) content to the community, not break rules because some artist made a piece that crossed the line. I can switch to this lemmy.nsfw profile if you wish it of course, but I don't want future posts to be getting the community defederated either. With anime characters the artists always are pulling the whole "Oh yeah they're over 18" card and those communities I'm reposting from clearly buy it. What standards are you looking for to define CSAM? I'll be sure to avoid reposting that content on lemmyNSFW in the future. If petite gals are too much of a risk, users can find them elsewhere. Sorry to have grabbed undue attention. Edit: I'll just err on the side of caution and ensure future posts favor those on the curvier side of the spectrum unless clearer standards for guessing anime women ages are established. Should any of you have additional advice or want a specific future post removed please let me know. I want this place to replace Reddit. Not become a CP den
