I'm still working on this one
I've gotten a lot better at it but damn do I have room for improvement (I need to dodge "nap mode" more often IMO)
I'd say I'm about 60% successful at it currently

The ability to start and finish a task is pretty cool
The ability walk out of a room to grab something and remember what I was planning to grab is also pretty cool

It rings right to my core

It really is, the average time loss injury in our company is usually upwards of 30k down the drain. And just an accident can be catastrophic in terms of cost as well.
A BBQ compared to that is nothing.

Less than Truck Load
Basically if a company want to ship pallets of crap but they don't have enough to justify using their own truck
Think TForce, YRC, Oak Harbor, FedEx Freight, etc.

With a large enough workplace in the wrong industries it's really easy to have something that could count against it.
I work in the LTL freight industry, we get quite a few.

I work in the LTL freight industry, if we go 30 days without an accident or an injury we get a free BBQ day with unlimited food for everyone. We're talking burgers, hotdogs, chilli, chowder, chips, drinks, etc. Sometimes they even do catering. Our last one they did Hawaiian Food for 2 days (they got too much) which definitely made everyone happy.
I've been there for almost 10 years, we average about 2 per year.
Edit to clarify: 2 BBQs per year. We're really good as getting hurt.

You may not be able to remove them but by reducing usage we can make sure that future generations won't have this problem.

I send my 120 film to Indie Film Lab and when I doubled checked their FAQ it looks like they'll process E6 as well.

Off to a rocky start but the week is looking like it's going to shape up pretty good.
Started a much needed server migration, it's started out pretty rough with having to change the number of drives and forgetting I had to mask the 3v pins on the hard drives before hooking them up or the wouldn't power on.
I'm currently on day 3 of the migration and I'm hoping to finish it by Wednesday.
Update: My server is back up but a portion of my network is down (whole 3D printing corner is down) and will hopefully be operational by Sunday.

I hike a lot^‡^ and yeah soggy socks suck but the level of suckitude isn't high enough to overshadow the bliss of a rainy hike. But that's living in the PNW, you either hike in the rain or get used to not hiking for 4 - 6 months out of the year.
‡ I've had a fairly tame year in terms of hiking, I've only done about 350 miles since January. I should be able to pass 400 before New Years if the chaos of the year levels out a bit but given we're heading into the holidays, I'm not going to hold my breath.

There's a special bliss from camping in the rain, hiking in the rain, and just standing in the rain.
It's hard to capture the feeling in words really but I'll give it a try.
The calming drops dancing their frigid feet on your skin as you spread your arms and turn your face to the sky, washing away your worries with each cold step on your eyelids. The drumming of the rain on the canopy above sauntering into your body, shifting it to the rhythm. Calming bliss flows through your body from the top of your head to the soles of your feet. You are there, right then, alive.

It's less the cost of gear and more the having the time to spare
I used to fish all the time back in the day with my family and I really enjoyed it

It's very universal, you can plug it into any port that is USB C, whether it does what you ask it to or not is a whole other story.

Holy shit that's one hell of a security oversight
Hell just making it so after 3 failed attempts it can't be retried for an hour would have made your efforts take over 7000 hours rather than 5 minutes.
As the DM I couldn't be happier. They basically sold samples of 4 different strains of a gnarly zombie virus, the lab used to make them, and all the notes the crazed wizard used to make them. And 1 of the party members almost died because of one of the diseases on the way back to town because he was out of spell slots, the disease kept lowering his CON stat, and part of the sickness was preventing him from getting the benefits of a long rest.
An inspiring short about learning new things.
I relate to this too damn much Disclaimer: It's a YouTube Short, hopefully you resist the scroll better than I.

**Begin image description** A giant bear like creature (known as an alot) stands roaring next to a small baby. Text is above the alot that says, "Alot more dangerous" and text under the baby says, "...baby less dangerous." All this is imposed on a yellow background. **End image description** [Context and source](http://hyperboleandahalf.blogspot.com/2010/04/alot-is-better-than-you-at-everything.html?m=1)
NGL I'm super excited for the games and the hype photos I've got more shots to take for the different factions I've been printing but I'm quickly getting through them that's for sure Edit: Quickly getting through the *printing*, not the hype shots. I've only gotten 2 hype shots done so far: 1 for the War Daemons and 1 for the Dwarfs.
