Does the Monero community have donations for a general legal fund?

The recent LocalMonero cash-by-mail fiasco got me thinking about this.

If there isn't one... maybe the community should start one to help users with legal matters directly related with Monero.

Just an impromptu thought. Other ideas, suggestions, and criticisms welcome.
