Portland mayoral candidates to debate Tuesday: How to watch

The hourlong debate begins at 6:30 p.m. and will feature Portland Commissioners Rene Gonzalez, Carmen Rubio and Mingus Mapps, trucking executive Keith Wilson and stripper and arts advocate Liv Osthus.
