[Feature Request] Option to Swap Tap and Hold Actions on Comments

i.e. Create an option to allow single tap to fold comments, and hold on a comment to bring up the buttons underneath. I'm more likely to want to fold comments than to up/down vote or reply to a comment, so I would rather have that as the tap action.
