Right in the center of the pie they sprinkled some grated Parmesan and/or sea salt that provides a nice zing of flavor as soon as you put the tip of a slice in your mouth. It's the Simple Enquiry pizza from Dogfish Head Brewings and Eats in Rehoboth, Delaware. > > [\#pizza](https://pixelfed.crimedad.work/discover/tags/pizza?src=hash) [#beer](https://pixelfed.crimedad.work/discover/tags/beer?src=hash) > > [@crosspost@lemmy.crimedad.work](https://pixelfed.crimedad.work/@crosspost@lemmy.crimedad.work)

If its terrible advice to *not*, I guess I had better put a payment down today!
The local farmers market had some frozen dough. Thought why not! Not used the oven in ages. It cooked so well! Did 5 pizza like this for the family with different toppings.
There are so many good ways to make a pizza. That said if I had to choose one of them be the best, NY style pepperoni is def a contender.
Grocery store had a huge bag of discounted mushrooms so time to experiment. Cooked down the mushrooms and sautéed some onions to go with. The base is garlic olive oil. Cheese is just mozzarella but next time I plan on adding either goat cheese or swiss for a bite.
Basic Jack's frozen supreme pizza doctored up with black olives, portobello mushrooms, and garden jalapenos. Little extra cheese to hold extras in place 375° for about 15 minutes. Hit the spot after nothing but a cheese stick all day 🍕
So I doctored up a plain cheese Jack's frozen pizza with diced garden jalapenos, portobello mushroom slices, diced black olives, diced marinated artichoke hearts, and torn up canned asparagus. Garlic salt and extra cheddar and mozzarella to top it off, then about 15 minutes in the oven at 375°. Sounds funky, I know. But it was *so* bussin
Homemade Buffalo sauce base with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and buffalo chicken bites on top. I eat it with a side of chunky blue cheese dressing.
This weeks pizza is one we don’t do very often but is always a crowd pleaser. Grilled chicken, charred broccoli, and shredded carrots. The base is homemade Thai chili sauce. It’s sweet, it’s spicy, it’s delicious.
Sourdough crust with tomato sauce, topped with onions, pesto seitan sausage, artichoke, zucchini and cheese and half lemon olives.
375° for 10 minutes. It's drowning my sorrows rn.
Another week, another pizza.
When we moved to Colorado 6 years ago I complained so much about the quality of the pizza my partner took up making pizza from scratch. We now make pizza at home once a week. This is one of my favorites along with pepperoni, Buffalo chicken, and Hawaiian.
Next time I would probably skip the tomatillos.
Started making dough over longer periods of time (1-3 days) and made this with veggie chorizo crumbles on top. Loved the crust on this one. Upgraded earlier in the year to a pizza stone in the oven (550).
I know it's awful, but mine is probably a Jack's, but undercooked a tad, 10 minutes @ 375°
It seems pretty decent, but I think I prefer the original crust more
