Hello everyone, recently, I've started using Liftlog to monitor my gym progress. And I'm liking it so far. Like the title says I'm looking for a free (preferably open source) app yo track my gym progress. Somewhere where I can add my weights. May be the app can remind when it's time to increase the weight (progressive overload). it would also be cool if there is charts to monitor progress.
